Jeff leads an agile team, providing solutions to the world’s most demanding end users. Under his leadership, the company has become a critical partner whose coatings are used by global giants including Amazon, Nvidia, Parker-Hannifin, Caterpillar, and the US Military. High-profile projects include the NYNY 9/11 Memorial, Shanghai Disney, and the Rolex headquarters. Local projects include the Erie Zoo, Presque Isle, and Perry Square. Before joining Advanced Finishing in 2011, he spent 18 years at a Fortune 10 company, with roles including Purchasing Leader with a $0.5 billion annual buy, Plant Manager overseeing 430 employees, and Customer Service Leader for a $1B business unit. This senior experience, combined with his background in supplier quality and finance, gives him a 360-degree understanding of the needs of discriminating clients. A Penn State Engineer, a Certified Purchasing Manager, and a Six Sigma Black Belt, Jeff leverages his diverse background to offer the best of both worlds: a big company mindset with the personal accountability of a family-owned company. His leadership was recognized by the Erie business community in 2005 as "Top Leader Under 40", and he has served on the boards of the Erie Philharmonic, Cathedral Preparatory School, and his church.
Greg leads one of the nation’s most diversified metal finishing operations, advancing a legacy three generations in the making. Under his direction, Advanced Finishing has expanded into an 80,000-square-foot facility, launched its sister company Archi-Texture Finishing, and introduced specialized antimicrobial coatings and military wet-paint capabilities. Today, the company’s work supports major commercial, architectural, and defense programs across the United States.A Penn State–trained Industrial Engineer with an MBA from the Sam and Irene Black School of Business, Greg began his career in plant maintenance and worked through every level of the operation before stepping into executive leadership. His broad experience—from hands-on technical work to strategic expansion—gives him a comprehensive understanding of what demanding customers require from a finishing partner.Recognized as an expert in metal finishing, Greg has published multiple technical papers, served as a presenter for the Society of Manufacturing Engineers at FABTECH and leading coating conferences, and contributed regularly to industry publications. His deep technical knowledge is matched by his long-standing commitment to education and community leadership, including extensive service on Penn State Behrend advisory boards and local nonprofit organizations.
While powder coating is often a cost-efficient quality finishing solution, we also maintain wet paint finishing capabilities that serve to complete higher volume and military jobs. We can handle wet paint finishing jobs in the tens of thousands up to millions. Medium volume work is completed via batch painting and higher volume work, including military spec wet paint finishing, using a spindle conveyor method. These wet paint solutions complement our powder coating work and together allow Advanced Finishing to provide the most robust finishing offering possible.
